The Oxford Educational Research Forum is an online community of teachers who have agreed to share their views on educational issues and topics. This community is all about sharing your insights, thoughts, and ideas with other teachers. Your opinions are extremely important and will help shape the future of the resources and services developed by Oxford University Press. We are excited to hear what you have to say!
To be eligible to participate in the Educational Research Forum you will need to complete an initial survey that collects information on your professional interests (such as subjects taught and type of school you teach in) and some demographic questions to help us classify your answers. This information will enable us to invite you to participate in surveys and activities that are most relevant for you. Once this survey has been completed and if your application is accepted, you will become eligible to participate on the forum. You will find this registration survey if you go to the Join Now page of this Website.

Yes, usually. We will do our best to identify studies that look like a match based on your profile, although participation is optional.
On average, you will be sent a survey invitation about once or twice per term. There will also be new QuickPolls posted to the site every week or two, as well as occasional new discussion forums for you to participate in. You are welcome to take part in as many surveys and discussion forums as you like.
On average, our surveys are approximately 10-15 minutes; however, some can be as short as 5 minutes and others can be longer than 15 minutes. All surveys and activities are voluntary and we let you know the approximate length of the survey in the invitation so you can plan accordingly. As well, surveys can be stopped and restarted later from where you left off if you are in a hurry.
